A Day in the Life
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WELDER
In the Welder position, you are critical to our company’s success by fabricating our quality towing products by welding various metals. You will receive work orders and assemble and tack weld them all while ensuring our high-quality Blue Ox product is produced for our customers’ towing needs.
In addition to fabricating top-notch towing products, you will excel at collaborating with other team members and contributing to on-the-job learning and training programs. You will excel at Blue Ox by utilizing your technical skills acquired while on the job. You look forward to working because you enjoy interacting with people and contributing to the company’s success in a big way.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1-2 years of welding experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and fabricate parts accordingly
- Detail oriented
- Team player
